Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for items purchased from ROSÉLINEA within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Final sale items marked "Non-refundable" cannot be returned.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  3. Package your item securely and include all original contents
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International customers: Please note that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect in your email
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

  • We are not responsible for return items lost in transit - consider using tracked shipping
